By purchasing the film content on DVD, Blu-ray, UHD or On-Demand (Streaming), Digital Rental or Download you agree to be bound by International Copyright Laws. The content of the DVDs, Blu-ray, Download or Video Stream are for personal use only, any diffusion, dissemination, editing, copying, sharing the film on any device, world wide web or broadcast in whole or in part is strictly prohibited and will result in prosecution.

You must be of appropriate age to order and receive our films either as DVDs, Blu-rays, UHD, download or video stream. If you are ordering a film or programme for any other person, you confirm that the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age to view the film or programme ordered. We urge you to act responsibly therefore when choosing materials for viewing by someone else in your household.

Any title that are rated with an age restriction are therefore only suitable for the person that is the same or older than the age specified. Any title that are rated ‘mature’ are only suitable for age 18 or above.

This website and the services provided on the website are for personal and non-commercial use. You must not use any materials contained in the website except to the extent necessary for your own personal use. You shall not use the website for any illegal or immoral purpose or link this website to any other site without our prior written consent. The prices payable for the materials that you order are clearly set out on the website. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are correct. In the unlikely event that an error is made in the price shown on the website, we will not be liable to supply the product to you at the stated price. In those circumstances, we will not dispatch the item but will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the product at that price.

Product information is included on the site and if there is anything which you do not understand, or if you want more information, please contact us. DVDs are PAL format unless otherwise indicated. Items shown will be in stock unless we tell you otherwise. However, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to supply a particular item.

There will be no contract of any kind between the end user and Peccadillo Pictures Ltd. unless and until the end user receives confirmation from us that the goods are being dispatched. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually confirm that the goods are being dispatched. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-acceptance of orders. We reserve the right to require further proof of identification, including proof of age, if an order is placed using a debit/credit card.

We promise that all titles supplied will correspond with their relevant description on the website, that they will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold (i.e. non-commercial, domestic use). We also promise that any service we provide to you will be provided with reasonable skill and care. We elude all other express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, or representations whatsoever with regard to the sale of material or any information or service provided through the website.

Save in the case of death or personal injury due to our negligence or where we have acted fraudulently, our total liability to you for any losses suffered by you will be limited to either the amount paid by you for the purchase of the material or to the provision of a replacement copy of the material concerned (at our sole discretion). We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, however caused, even if foreseeable.

The above limitations on our liability do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer. We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law, for any costs, losses or damages resulting from or related to your use or attempted use of the material in countries other than the UK.

These Terms are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with English law. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms.
