Stock Availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but, from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the unfulfilled item(s) or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Pre-Orders

Please note that payment for pre-orders (titles yet to be released) will be taken immediately. Pre-orders will be processed on the date stated on the pre-order item. 

Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Most orders are processed (pick & pack) within 2 workings day and are shipped (ready to post) within 3 working days. Please allow a few more days, as indicated below, for the items to arrive. Please note there may be occasionally some slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday during standard business hours. It is close on UK national holidays and close for Christmas Eve to New Years Day

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

All items are sent via a tracked delivery service.

We shall deliver your order to the delivery address that you supply, provided this is a valid address and that a telephone contact number has been provided. We aim to deliver it to you in one single delivery (subject to availability). 

For licensing reasons, some of our products may not be available in certain territories. All orders are shipped from the UK by one of our preferred courier services. Average delivery times are as follows: 

UK - between 2 to 4 working days.

Europe - between 10 to 20 working days.

Worldwide - between 3 to 6 weeks.

Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur additional import taxes, duties and customs charges applicable in the destination country, and administration fees charged by the carrier, all of which are to be paid by you. We encourage you to check your local import and duty tax laws for details.

Should you refuse to pay these charges upon arrival at your destination country, the goods are liable to be returned to Peccadillo Pictures at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
